This hotel is located at the side entrance of Zermatt train station. There is a prominent sign opposite and it is very easy to find. It's only 2-3 minutes' walk, very convenient. We booked a suite, which was fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry facilities and a fireplace (the kind that can burn fire). You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Breakfast was good too. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth it for a room that costs NT$30,000 a night. The room is not very high-end. After checking in, the hotel gave me a room on the first floor. I couldn't see the Matterhorn from the balcony, which was very disappointing. Will not be returning. Location/facilities/breakfast are all good

I traveled with clutch and to the hotel is simply easy walk. Direct opposite the rail station and near all the restaurants and Coop.
I used the pool and it’s so nice.The breakfast was wonderful (some FOC selection in menu and a good spread in buffet) and they provide afternoon tea too.
